Pushing through discomfort with Mex White
I am very thrilled to share my engaging conversation with Mex White. He is very dedicated to his physical and mental fitness. During this inciting conversation my interest peaked from the minute he started to share the story of his journey with me. I was super excited to write this blog. These are some of the questions I asked him: 1. What inspired you to start personal training? Mex started to work out with his dad to spend more time bonding with him. They kept this tradition alive for 10-15 years. His friends told him multiple times that he had really good workout skills, routine, discipline and talent. Later after some thought and hard decisions, Mex gave his whole heart to fitness. 2. How do you stay motivated during tough workouts? Mex’s motto is keep pushing through. A tough workout is a challenge to see how you can handle difficult things in life.
